2011 Best Auction Photo - I see Red: The Hocking Stuart boys - Andrew Stuart, David Wood and Michael Coen - bring a glimmer of colour to an otherwise dreary Melbourne day on July 30th. 20 Barrett St, Albert Park had no bidders but was bought after auction for $2,200,000. Sums up the year for most agents. Jen Milligan the reporter and photographer

BUYER TESTIMONIAL

What we both appreciated the most was your very frank and objective feedback. Your sagely "happy wife happy life" advice was very sound, and meant we could move on and look at other options. I think it saved a lot of long conversations! When the home we purchased with you finally came on the market, your guidance through the p...

Guy 's Comments on 5 Gisborne Street, ELSTERNWICK
"A well built house typical of the period and I would suggest that some potential buyers will live in for a while, and get their breath back before they demolish and start again. Good size piece of land with a fantastic rear access as its typically wider than most which means building to the boundary with a garage is an option as set backs allowing for turning circles aren't an issue here. Neighbours are period homes and in good order, with the street itself an attractive one. One thing to consider might be the noise from the nearby railway line, something you would have to test out yourself."

Bought* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
