This not a cutting edge renovation by any means, but a perhaps the market might be an investor or first home buyer looking to get a toe into the market. Its orientation is to the the south which is not great so to compensate a bay window to the east helps bring in a little extra light. No car parking is more the norm for this area so expect to jossil for on street parking, you would however expect to do alot of walking as its nicely placed between Fawkner Park and Chapel Street."
