James 's Comments on 3/23 St Ninians Road, BRIGHTON
"This is the last remaining unit of 5 in this Golen Mile development. With views from the back porch directly across the water it does not get much better. The design however does not quite seem to live up to the location and price. A very long hallway with indifferent light was the reason the person in front of me fell down the 2 stairs midway along the hallway. The living area is well laid out but there may be a shortage of storage in the kitchen area and the neighbours can look into the living area from their porch. The master bedroom is spacious but I'm not sure if you need sliding doors opening to the elevated bath so that you can continue your convesation with the person lying in bed. With some minor modifications this could be a great pad in a premium area - but there are some risks."

Explanations & Disclaimers
Bought* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
