BUYER TESTIMONIAL
I felt that he was very honourable in advising me of this, rather than just serving his own interests. James Buyers acted on my behalf as a Buyer’s Advocate to purchase a high-end property in October, 2011.

James 's Comments on 24 Noyes Street, HIGHETT
"Situated behind a more industrial area of Highett, this is a good house is an all right street.
Offering three living areas, the main kitchen/family room opens to a a private rear garden. The formal lounge is small and may be awkward to furnish. The upstairs living room is really a large landing area with enough room for a small couch, or study area.
The master bedroom is a good size and opens to a private front courtyard and has a real holiday feel (especially today with the warm weather).
Some may see this as an opportunity, for families to access the Bayside lifestyle with a renovated house, in a lower price bracket to many parts of Bayside.
