"The land here works quite well. Key pluses are at the rear of the property - this enjoys northern sun, has a wide frontage and enjoys good views. The pool is ideally placed and good size. Floor plan of the house is little tricky and utlity areas small for modern living standards - perhaps one could remodel the existing house or even re-build (STCA) Being within a cul-de-sac is positive in terms of traffic and noise, yet exiting the street on to Studley Park Road at times could prove a little difficult. Rated for Land Only."
