There is not a lot I can say about this home that is negative.
I have a fondness for this style of home, this is classic 1960s style – I’m exactly not sure when it was built, but it is of a 1960s style. It just feels beautiful, the lower ceilings in this instance and one of the very few instances actually work, they really add to the house.
The floor plan, is not your typical floor plan but it is your typical floor plan of the 1960s where you have your bedroom separation and you have all your living areas on the North side of an East/West facing block.
The connection you could argue to the outer area – do you use all that backyard? Probably could have used it better… but that’s being picky.
The house, for me, is situated beautifully on the block to take all that light in - it flows nicely. You have entertainment and welcome areas at the front and then you can lead into the kitchen and then into the outdoor entertainment areas without interfering or going through any of the bedrooms.
All the bedrooms are on the South side with is really smart – obviously. Upstairs that little study area – I like that, it feels like a little oasis away from everything else, a little bit of a studio - that works for me.
The area, this area is certainly high-quality Surrey Hills, high quality Mont Albert there are some really strong sales in here. I’m struggling to find any issues about this property that are negative.
I really do personally like it; I really like the flavour of the garden and the way it connects into the house – there is a lot I like about this house.
