This is a lovely home with great flow indoors and outdoors. Good seperation of rooms to allow entertainement but also maintain privacy. Street is a beautiful one in Balwyn's best area (effectively Canterbury). Tennis Court and Pool and Gardens are all first class. Hard to really find fault - This home is within the top 10% of grand homes that we see each year.
