9 Fitzgerald is an enigma to many - for some, such as investors and family home home-buyers there simply won't be enough accommodation and the floor plan will seem a poor use of space - for others such as downsizers it will feel spacious and grand and all in a tiny well located single fronter although the car parking is now not ideal with the latest verandah innovation.

For me I feel this is a home of promise - I look at it as a shell and one with good bones. It has a good feel - a grand feel and that is due to the block/house width, the room sizes and ceiling proportions.  For me I see this as an unfinished symphony - a shell - albeit a very rentable and very livable one even in its current form (it could well appeal to the corporate rental market for couples; is there such a market?).

To complete I would look at a second storey of 2 bedrooms and living or 3 bedroom plus remove back room and verandah to improve car parking - so as the rear has a double purpose - car or entertaining/play.

As with any unfinished symphony the price needs to match the potential and if it does this could be a nice little offering now as is and in an even better one in the future with changes (STCA).
