Off-street parking for two cars at the rear as well as the position of this home are the clinchers here. Sitting right behind Glenferrie Rd, you have immediate access to all the amenities you need. There are a few negatives worth consideration. Being so close to the shops and tramline, there is also the noise that comes with it. There is also no car garaging, but the fact that you can get two cars on the property via the R.O.W. is a big plus. The bathroom and kitchen could use an update, but are usable as is. This a property buyers may consider as an investment in the short-term to fix up down the track and move into. Overall, being single level, close to amenities, with easy car access and fairly low maintenance, this home will appeal to downsizers as well as young families looking for an entry point into this area.
