Overall this is well built smaller home, which could be a very good lock-and-leave option for an older family.  Floor plan flows well and is light is brought in well in places via skylights. For some it may lack another bedroom, yet the separation is good. Main concerns would be that property does back on to the train line (yet double glazing does combat these noise issues somewhat), the house is semi attached and it is built over multiple levels so steps could prove a nuisance (yet if a lift was installed this could address this, and there is provision for one). Walking distance to Maling Road and a multitude of parks compliments the package well - should be good competition for this at the right price point.
