Comments on 8 Woodside Crescent TOORAK

A contemporary home likely to find interest from couples seeking a sanctuary feel within their city life. Although this is a south facing block, there are ample skylights here to provide good light and the big expanses of glass provide full connecting vistas to the interesting landscaping surrounding the home. This does in turn, create a feeling of exposure, particularly from the upstairs to neigbouring properties. The kitchen is tucked away which may not suit those cooks who like to entertain while they prepare. There are multiple living areas, study and a theatre room and these may attract families with one or two teenage or adolscent kids as they offer separation. A modern home in a position which is convenient to access transport, shops and entertaiments options.
