Neat Art Deco brick home which has been recently updated and offers plenty of WOW. Highlights for me were the façade, covered car accommodation, pool (which is a great size and well positioned) and location (walking distance to High Street shops and Lexia Street is a pretty one). Concerns for some could be the central position of living room (and this is a little small) and having the child care facility next door adjoining does impact in terms of noise. Upstairs is a little weak; bathroom and bedroom areas are on small side - which might be ok for a young family but could be quickly outgrown. Also there is ensuite to the main bedroom, yet that could be achieved with some simple changes.
