This lovely double-fronted Victorian has a classical facade, matched by a classically-styled modern interior. There is a grand feeling as you enter the ornate wide hallway with its high ceilings and, as you progress into the home, there are welcoming and practical family spaces. The fully-renovated home would suit a young, growing family well.  Its convenient position to shops, train and tram is balanced by the parkland of Armadale Reserve in the street nearby. The open plan kitchen/family has a seamless flow to the backyard. The separate playroom provides multiple options for use now, and could also be used as a media room as the kids grow. The average size of the bedrooms and their position in the middle of the home, coupled with the position of the only bathroom beside the kitchen, may concern families with teenagers. Although there is a stacker garage, access from the laneway is tight, making it inconvenient for daily errands. And in a street without plenty of on-street parking, this is the key issue for families wanting safety and convenience to and from the car to inside the home. With easy access to good schools, could this be a long term family home or is this property better suited as a 5-10 year option?
