Wow, what can I say except… you are joking on the quote aren't you?
75 Barkly is a single fronted home that I have struggled to find fault with.
Highlights
• Great width for garaging - almost the best I have seen for this type.
• North rear for light and a really good design and build to take advantage of that
• Excellent rear yard space
• Really good flow and bedroom separation
• I like the fittings - quality (building inspection always recommended to be sure)
Location - Train, park, shops - A-grader. Is it too close to the railway? No, as the railway is in a cutting - I don't think you would notice it unless you are very sensitive - rated as average for noise.
These are the sorts of homes that all buyer groups like - from investors to singles/couples to families to downsizers - anybody but the largest family would feel comfortable here and really - why would you move again?
Price is the only issue - I can remember a few nearby having gone ballistic in stronger markets and I can't see why this won't to some extent, even in this market.
It's a big call - but for this type of home - this is about as good as it gets, and I think many who go through will have a similar opinion.
It's not should I or shouldn't I – it’s can I!
