A well-renovated single fronter, 72 Donald Street would be a good proposition for young professionals or a family with one child looking for a location with city and school accessibility. Two bedrooms of a decent size and a combined bathroom/laundry should provide sufficient accommodation, and the open rear living areas are large and airy. Also airy is the very useable courtyard area, which would be good for entertaining. Another big bonus is the rear garage accessed via a ROW. This could very well be a deal-maker for this home, as covered car accommodation can be rare in this area. However, this advantage may be tempered somewhat by the access to the garage, as the lane is a bit narrow and some manoeuvring might be required, especially for larger cars.  

Another consideration is a possible extension and what future potential this could hold for the home. If a good quality extension could increase the accommodation available (STCA), then this, in combination with the car parking, could take the home to the next level - although the possibility of over-capitalisation is also an important consideration. Choosing the best of the available options will be very important for buyers here.
