Comments on 69 The Boulevard HAWTHORN

This original brick home has been renovated in the past and is probably due for work again. A big plus here is the north-facing rear which gives direct access to natural light into the backyard and the rear open-plan areas. Another is the width of the western side, which is generous enough for good car access and something of a luxury for these type of properties.  The rear open-plan area is small, but a fairly basic extension would solve this problem. Position is good and popular with mid $1m to early $2m buyers, although being slightly opposite the T-section is not ideal.
