Straightforward lock and leave option and that will be attractive to downsizers, entry-level families and in stronger markets the passive investor.

Surprisingly bright home that has been freshly painted and was perhaps a rental - need to do a pest and building inspection and maintenance looks to have been fairly basic.

Bedrooms not overly big but there is up to four and two living spaces with some outdoor area as well as a tight but ok for the money "double garage"

Bought for $1,200,000 in 2011 and having a current quote at that same level leads me to think we are not seeing the full story yet or the market has really taking a dive for this type of home. Probably the former as this home is well located, albeit on a busy road, to all schools, shops, beach and transport and it's at a price point that still has some depth because quite simply, what are your alternatives if you want to live in Brighton.

Even in this market and despite its shortcomings, this home should go ok up to a point.
