We love these types of homes - they are so versatile - as is, renovate or due to zoning; rebuild (STCA) - they can be a young couple's, a middle-aged single or an oldie's forever home or almost any other demographic and with or without children. 6 Wave is a great version of what a classic period single fronter can be.

Why?

Well, position is almost unbeatable if you are looking for Hampton convenient - the only rider is you need to research, become aware and then be comfortable with the current zoning, which has changed to high density - in some cases that could harm values, in others dramatically increase them - here I think it should be fairly neutral in its effect, although nobody really knows.

Why neutral? Because I believe this home will remain this type of home and the long term, demand should not be hurt by neighbourly developments as the next buyer should still greatly value the position. As well any unforeseen visuals can be counteracted by the ability to plant smartly on the boundaries due to block width and house position.

Second part of the why, is the actual building itself - for what it is - it is big, has good sized rooms that can take built-in storage - good positioning of single bathroom - you can lose the middle bedroom and still have 3 large rooms on top of the living if you cannot live without an ensuite - or you could go to the side and not lose that middle room, preserving it as a study.

To the rear is a well-proportioned living space with north light accessible and leading onto a good sized yard. Granted no garaging - but that is almost always the case for these type of homes - hence our neutral rating on this issue.

Finally feel, all things about this home feel right - the only question is, how will the (almost guaranteed) multiple other buyers feel about price - even in this market - due to the superiority of its completeness on the PPPs of the 6 Wave offering.
