This 5-year-old new build lacks some of the charm of its period neighbours. However, for buyers looking for a bright, low maintenance property, this ticks most of the boxes. The floorplan is sound, with the living and master bedroom on the ground floor and the second and third bedrooms on the first floor. Buyers may be concerned about what could happen to the neighbours on the north and south sides. These properties are currently single level and if in the future (STCA) they extended up, the light and openness of this property could be compromised. A real bonus to the property is the rear double garage which is easily accessible from the rear lane way. The garage has come at a cost as it leaves limited space for the courtyard. The large water tank may be better positioned between the boundary fence and garage to maximise the courtyard space. Some tweaking to the landscaping would also improve the property appeal.
