In Brighton's Diamond K so a few minutes walk to Dendy beach, Church St shops, Middle Brighton Railway and the Cinemas - hard to beat. The home itself has been on the market for some time, initially at an incredibly courageous asking price - has a lot to offer over three interesting levels. Basement is great (big underground garage and a lift ), ground level (living areas are light - the floorplan is quirky but you have plenty of options and cosmetic work could be a real value add) is all kitsch and upstairs (bedroom areas) - well best start again - it just doesn't work. The home is smartly situated on the south of the block so as the yard is in north light running most of the length of a home - room for a pool, although it would be hand digging. I actually like this offering a lot - for the most part reasonable bones which would allow you to make you own mark in a great location.
