The Domain precinct has no question about the desirability of the area being Melbourne highest price per sqm for land excluding absolute beachfront.

The home itself is almost everything you want in a lock n leave or low maintenance or bolt hole concept home.

It has all the plusses of an apartment; without the body corp, isolation, lack of garden and distance to car park. It's a home without the negatives of maintenance, security, cleaning (size) and so on.

The specific plusses of 54 Mason lie in its compactness; but you still have outside space and one, maybe two car parks at pinch.

The master bedroom work upstairs and you either have his and her studies or visitor bedrooms assuming a downsizing or professional couple are the buyer.

Could also be a family home for one, possibly two children but would lack a second living space if the latter.

I like this a lot for what it is.
