Comments on 52 Haines Street HAWTHORN

52 Haines Street has three key pluses and they are signifficant ones; close proximity to Glenferrie Road, pretty brick Victorian Facade (yet it does sit down a bit from the street) and generous block width. While liveable in its current form, many would look to renovate here and I don't think it would be too hard. Obvious changes would be remove the pool and rebuild rear section of house, along the southern boundary. If done sensibly and to a good standard, this could be well worth the effort.  Rated for Land Only.
