Back in March 2010 when this house was last on the market, we noted that while the house could be renovated, most would probably want to bulldoze and start again. We pointed out that this is one of the best streets in Toorak, even though it carries some school traffic at that end of the street. Visiting it again this month, now it is back on the market, it is clear that nothing has changed with the home since it last sold. So, as it was back then, this is really about an inexpensive buy for Toorak. The floor plan is iffy with lots of steps, but it is an AAA location. If you're a couple or a single or you're looking for a basic renter and your budget is limited to the mid one millions and you're active and don't need a garage, at the right price this is possibly a goer due to its rarity, not necessarily its class.
