Interesting proposition is 44 Kinkora Road. On paper the land size and location is impressive, yet as solid as the house is it will require a fair amount of work to make it workable for a modern family and in any money calculations one would need to factor in a negative $ value for the existing bricks and mortar. That said this will present an opportunity for someone though I am sure, at the right price point. Rated for Land Only.
