This appealing free standing Victorian cottage is located only minutes away from the Hawksburn village with its many shops and cafes. The property has undergone some renovations which by today's standards are a little awkward as there is no connection to the generous outside area and the finishes and fittings are dated. That said the property is orderly and would offer good accommodation until such time as you decided exactly how you wanted to modernise the current floor plan.  With the recent sale of number 6 Highbury Grove on almost the same land content we have a broad guide as to where the value of this property may be. Factors that will come into play are what affect the flats on the south side of number 6 Highbury had on its price - balanced against the inferior floor plan of number 4 Highbury. No matter how buyers weigh up the pros and cons of 4 Highbury against number 6 Highbury you would expect  good competition on the day.
