This is a really good mid level package. The home is a really good small growing family home with an excellent floorplan - no its not for three big teenagers but more for two growing kids or upsizers and downsizers. I really like what is on offer. Not too big for cleaning or getting lost in your own home and not too small so as to be all over each other. The street is not Brighton's best and the position is just a little bit in the middle of nowhere for Brighton - but if you're fit you will walk to Church or Bay st and the rail and if you're not fit then you will get that way if you walk. Garaging is ok unless you are precious about your car accommodation - overall I really like this package and the quote to me seems baloney.

Lots of appeal to family buyers here with good family room separation to the bedrooms and with a neat back yard and swimming pool children have lots of playing space. Large back window frames the family room nicely, however some may consider that it restricts the connection to the out side entertaining area. Situated in a slightly isolated position and being a timber property may concern some. For a family home at this price point, with nothing to spend and in Brighton you would expect interest.
