A pretty period home from the street, typical of this area, with a rambling feel once inside. The expansive cottage garden has a lovely private feel, although it is defined and paved. The living areas are good sized, but have limited connection and visibility to the backyard. And the four bedrooms are positioned in pairs. Although this home is ready to move into and in an area popular with families, there is no undercover parking to provide safety and convenience to parents. The key question is whether a family can make the floorplan work or should the angled extension be remodelled? This fully renovated home 'is what it is' and that is  acceptable. The position and land size may make this period home worth a second look for those with two older kids or a couple who love to garden and entertain.
