36 Currajong Avenue
PASSED IN - $1,620,000
The residents of this Sunnyside Estate address had indeed put in a good stint, as auctioneer Steve Burke acknowledged they had lived here for over 35 years. Mr Burke sought a start at $1,600,000 but could not find any takers amongst those gathered. One more vendor bid of $1,620,000 and no action prompted a half time break. Now plenty of friendly banter took ...

Comments on 36 Currajong Avenue CAMBERWELL

This original 1920s house is liveable. However, given the tricky floorplan and levels, many would see the property as a new home site. It has accordingly been rated as Land Only. Although south-facing to the rear, the block does have many advantages; it is wide, relatively flat and relatively unencumbered by mature trees. This part of Currajong is one of the best streets in the Sunnyside Estate. It is up the hill and close to Camberwell Junction, and No.36 is in its quieter part  - although it is on the bend, which is not ideal.
