Good... very good in fact.

That main issue is probably the area, it's an evolving area and that's being polite - not being so polite is there is more and more flats, it is becoming more industrial - but it is still I'm amongst a number of really high quality and high value houses as well so, Manningtree Road is a bit of a tricky one to work out. 

No questions about this property, in isolation this is a really good property - if you were being picky you'd say it has a few steps and a couple of level changes, but they are down level changes and they are not too much. The house flows through really nicely, living dining feels really spacious with the North light coming in - you can look down to the pool so even with younger kids you are going to feel comfortable supervision wise. They have hidden the stairs really nicely, in and around a study nook. Floorplan is ideal for all aged children - up to the number of 3 kids. Therefore, covers most families and it works really well. 

Position - the home is close to everything, you can access a lot of schools from here, you can access the city, train and all the shops

Price - Quote seems a bit conservative, gut feel is this will take off and run pretty well - but I have been wrong in the past

I really like this home.
