One year on ... Hi Guys As the trees in ?? Rd blossom again, it reminds me of a year ago just prior to moving in. We were driving past our house almost daily, itching to move into the new neighbourhood and contemplating what life would be like. As we start to plan for some investment in restoration, we are still so thrilled to be here. I think back to a comment someone made when James made our first and only bid in the auction: "Wow, they must really want it." We absolutely did and through your support, we knew what was required to get it and had planned accordingly. I still read the James market news each weekend to see what‘s happening. With a strong market currently, I‘m pleased we found and bought our place when we did. I hope you are both well and all the best for the spring selling season. Regards Matt ...less
