A really good flowing home that presents well from the street in a great spot close to everything - that's the good news. 

The not-so-good news - the light is compromised due to south facing rear - although it is only single level, car parking is weak (at rear with some difficulty) and the connection between rear living and a good sized yard is interrupted by steps due to the slope.

Internally, good bedrooms separation from living and in reality, it is a well renovated timber double fronted home that should have strong interest, especially in 2016 in this area - a market tight on stock but big on buyers.
