25 Keats is a surprising package. It doesn't look much from the street, and first impressions inside don't make you go WOW, but after a while you begin to feel and see just how good this home is. The street is regarded as one of Sandy's Top 5, and this is a corner allotment with a north-facing rear. The position of the home on the block is as good as it gets - being set a little forward, it allows for an above-average sized backyard (especially for a block under 800 sqm). Inside, the home works well. Some may find the art deco finishes a little twee - but that is personal and can be altered. Downstairs is an atmospheric collection of living spaces ideal for toddlers through to teenagers, and even through to no kids, as it is not overly big. The spaces and the connections work well for this home. Being picky, a downstairs bedroom would have taken our rating over 800 points. In any case, upstairs are three good kids bedrooms around a central bathroom. I really liked the multiple light sources and the feeling of happiness from each room. The master bedroom is interesting and has got all the mod cons. It could perhaps do with a flick of new paint or carpet, although it works for me as is. The parents balcony is a real pina colada balcony, perfect to escape from the rascals. Back downstairs, the deck outside is big and classy and leaves enough room for a pool, a big shed and some grass.  This home is all about emotion and for me it has a very, very good feel.
