Nicely built modern home, which affords great accommodation and offers a flexible floor plan layout. The house itself is hard to fault - some concerns could be internal steps and views are limited a little due to window placement, that said the sense of space is impressive, bedroom separation is hard to fault and garaging is excellent. Overall the build quality is good, without being brilliant and fitout is good in some places yet very basic in others (ie in the robes). Although not huge, the land itself is quite good, main pluses - northern rear orientation (ideal for capturing natural light into rear yard areas and the informal living spaces), views over the back fence are good (and unlikely to be built out, as this is adjoining to a number of backyard spaces) and Winmalee is renowned address in the area. Adjoining properties are dated, one would expect these to be developed (in time). This package and formula is a tried and tested one for the area - we would expect good competition for this at the right price point- suits well a large family or a growing small one.
