2019 Rating: 

Position: No question about the street - it with Hillcrest is regarded as the two premier streets on the northern side of Sackville ward and still in Kew and land at times goes for similar amounts to the Sackville Ward.


Position to schools is excellent being at the apex of two tram route spines Cotham and Glenferrie.


Property: The back of the home really pops out for me - well above average quality reno. The bedrooms are finished to the same high standard and work - not to the near perfection level of the back but close.


Price: I would have thought that with the quality of this home, the agent who is marketing and the result in Hawthorn East at Beaconsfield would give the vendor some cause to be positive.


2012 Rating: One of the streets in Kew - with some big period sales both Edwardian and 1960's in recent times. This is a very good precinct. Rated as requiring serious renovation - so no rating on building other than to say the bones are good at the front and the back needs a complete rebuild - eg towards a $1/2 million reno. Rear car access is a bonus.
