Price: Affordable - low maintenance


Property: Very much what you see is what you get. Ok so it's not the most exciting going around - but it could be with some imagination.
A serviceable and near faultless (save its southern orientation) mid-sized Victorian. The width of this block and home is a positive.
Good parking - good layout with a feeling of space - although beds not overly large - underfloor needs some checking (building inspection)
It's very much a blank canvas which with minimal money you can add a skin of your own.
A skylight or two will transform the rear light. 


This is a goodie will have some competition at the lower price points, due to its all-round serviceable 3P characteristics.
