An area that has been going forward since 2009 - premium on all fronts for schools - especially Camberwell Grammars

Price

In years gone by this would have been the hottest of hot - right now even though the market has eased with OS Chinese buyers there are still some and local interests from Aussies of Chinese background would also be attracted to this.
