This street is really attractive, and with its tree lined aesthetic, close to shops and trams and a park just up one end - I think that these aspects will definitely pull at a few heart strings. The home is also in keeping with the area and has a classic period vibe. Three decent sized bedrooms and two bathrooms are positioned well inside, and despite the front hall terminating at a bend (disturbing the flow) the house really opens up to the rear with a huge kitchen and bright living area. Unfortunately the high ceilings do not carry to the rear of the home, but many might not notice this if they weren't specifically looking for it. One trick a prospective buyer might try is to switch off the hall lights, I didn't do this but I suspect that it might be a little dark to the front of the home. For me the backyard was a highlight and was pleasant and private. This home should garner some good interest at the quoted price despite the lack of on-site car parking which is probably the biggest issue with this property, but maybe not a dealbreaker to the demographic for the area. Just how far an emotional buyer might go on auction day will the very interesting to witness.
