One of the streets of Toorak despite the traffic - no insight there - everybody knows that.

As far as blocks go, it is an average one in terms of size, width, neighbour privacy and slope - nothing special except its address.

The home on it would be unlikely to be retained (STCA) - with the neighbours either side giving a clear indication on what a reincarnation may look like.

Really it's all about price and these types of homes sell well with lots of interest if the seller is at market and if not then they can become a drawn out affair.

So what price? In part that is determined by the above (seller) and/or if there are two heavy hitter negihbours or near neighbours slugging it out.

Could be bought be a developer, but few can afford or wish to manage the dollars and risks that would be involved in a buy and quick return to market.

Toorak land has gone through the roof in recent times and this in all likelihood provided more grist for that mill, rather than lower exception.
