This home is a real surprise package - there is a lot more to it than meets the eye from the street.  A quaint-looking co-joined one of a pair, on the right side for sunlight, it is one of the few really good, bigger, inner-city family homes towards the mid $1 million mark. Garaging is unusual at this price, and while it is suitable only for small cars, that is a lot better than nothing. A surprisingly spacious upstairs area with three bedrooms and a bathroom is a big plus, with great views from the master. There is another bedroom and bathroom downstairs as well. The good-sized living room could do with having the north wall opened up to bring in more light. How good is this home - it's brilliant! Being picky, there are a few steps to get in, and at times there will be road noise from Malvern Road. The agent is quoting $1.1 million plus, but this should go for a fair bit more than that in this market!
