This is a left field option for buyers looking for something between an apartment and a townhouse with a bit of difference. A smart architectural approach has been taken to make light a feature in this home where there otherwise would be a lack of it.

Being set on small land means that the dimensions here are on the small side, although for buyers used to this style of living should be comfortable. The bulk of the living will be done in the basement area, and with the majority of the traffic going between here and the ground floor you will need to be comfortable with stairs.
