18 Soudan ticks the boxes but how does it make you feel?

  • Great flow here in more ways than one; not only front to back and around the home but also out the front door and around the corner to Claremont cafés.
  • Do like the glimpse of water at rear from the front door, it’s a designer detail but works with this villa resort style. The master has made the most of the space available with the ensuite cheekily pushing to the boundary at the back of the bedroom and adding a modern turn to this Victorian.
  • The kitchen, meals and outdoor is quite bold and all about light and modern family lifestyle. There isn’t much in the way of outdoor space – the extension has maximized the accommodation on the block – and the pool is as much about soothing and setting an ambience as it is about swimming and dominates the outdoor area.
  • Bedrooms are okay sizes and bathrooms continue the deluxe feel consistent throughout. The garage – it has got one and most period homes don't - but it is tight and may take a small runabout but likely will get used as additional storage.
  • Will likely surpass auction prices previously paid in the street.

This is a love it or leave it property - well that's how I feel anyway. My head understands why some may fight and my heart understands why some may take flight.
