Comments on 176 Finch Street GLEN IRIS (Stonnington)

175 Finch St a series of ideas and makeovers but it's a practical offering that makes sense at the right price - land and a bit. A home for familes with two small kids or possibly for those with an adult child still living at home. The flow is a little awkward and there's no real master bedroom suite but most will find the interior stylish and appealing. Basically it's all on one level - although there's some steps out the back and it's in a good street to access amenties.

It's very liveable right now. In fact, it's good if you want a basic home and if the price reflects that then this is a good entry level to the area where you don't have to spend anymore.
