Quirky yet mostly functional with plenty of charm. This is a lifestyle house in a very convenient location that the right buyers could enjoy, as long as they don't mind a few quirks that set this home apart from most others.

Key strengths for this home lie in the land size, secure garaging and very strong period facade that will keep buyers interested in the future.

Internally the home could use a full cosmetic refurbishment to give it a modern appeal - however it is still perfectly liveable as-is. Probably the most unusual thing about this home is the floorplan which will not suit every buyer.
