It's a 1960s classic... close to classic... how about just say above average 1960s but it's not really about the 1960s, although it could be if you're a 1960s expert - this is just about a really good block of land and a free house.

The quote to me seems... conservative but hey, the market is the market. Would this not be a brilliant investment for anybody? Who's not going to buy this? It's all on single level so you can be a downsizer, wanting to enter into the market as a younger person... it's a couple of million dollars so you're going to have to be a wealthy younger person, somebody with some family, somebody who wants to buy and build later - North facing orientation - who wouldn't buy this?

It's a really really good home and to me this is the sort of property that at the right price (so long as it doesn't get to carried away) this is just a brilliant investment into the future.

What would you do with the existing house? . . . not a lot, I'd probably paint out the ceilings - unless you wanted to keep them. Probably open up the rear bedroom and then give the family room a little bit more space - I wouldn't be doing anything major and you have everything you want.

It's just a good home
