Mixed feelings on 101 - love the fascade, the entry and the front room with fireplace - love the position and probably the price - orientation at the rear is to the north, so love that as well.

BUT

No parking access, although it does have a crossover, so seemingly fixable (STCA) The rear internal level is practical but lacking in inspiration - there is a significant drop between home and yard and that has been addressed poorly with what I describe as a boardwalk.

The label on the floorplan called granny flat is simply that a label; as granny would have left there a long time ago and the best look or use of that building would be flat, no not an apartment - I mean flattened - probably like granny!

Entry level - you will need more imagination than I have to make this anything other than what you can see, with a tart up.
