This is a secure, modern, fresh home that is "just right" for its inner city location.

Yes, observers could argue it doesn't attract the all day north light and the upstairs bedroom is really a study, as it doesn't have access to its own bathroom on that level, but buyers would feel a warmth here and a flow that makes sense in line with modern living expectations.

Big picture: this is a fully renovated and extended pretty period home with double car access. That says it all doesn't it?

It's size and design has flexibility to suit buyers throughout different stages of life if needed - from couples who have guests to stay or perhaps work from home, to families with two young kids to families with older kids in secondary College or Uni. Its location is a practical one, although friends and family visiting may not like the on-street parking situation or lack of at times.
