Absolute beachfront has been going for $10,000 per sqm, whereas Golden Mile land without views has been around $3,500 per sqm - what premium if any will the Moule address add to the sale price - the auction will tell us? Interestingly on the same day 2 Mytton Grove with water views is scheduled to be auctioned.
