Comments on 7 Raleigh Street MALVERN

This is a pretty home that will appeal to buyers looking for period style and proximity to transport, shopping and schools. A substantial and private backyard is a real plus, and the backyard suggests possibilities for a potential rear extension (STCA). However, the big tree in the backyard will need to be a consideration for any works in that area. The home is compact and could do with a refurbishment, however it is still in good condition and perfectly liveable right now. There are possibilities inside to modernise the floorplan, and the inclusion of a walk-in robe and ensuite would really increase marketability. However, this may mean sacrificing the study, depending on what is trying to be achieved. A crossover and gate to the front fence provides access to potential on-site parking, although buyers will want to check out how much space this provides.
