Large block in a good Nth Balwyn location, close to Balwyn High, Gordon Barnard Reserve and Greythorn Primary, ideally suited for a new home. Hill position is great (site slopes gently down to the north) and the backyard is great size, private and relatively flat. A concern for some could be close-ish proximity to busy Belmore Road and backing out with the car could prove tricky at times (as property is close to a T-intersection and near a bend).  Rated for Land Only.
