You cannot fail to be impressed by the upper level north facing living and dining space which leads out to a expansive terrace. But somehow this large internal living /dining space - not rooms - lacks intimacy. You could easily seat 50 + guests but it would not seem like a family room as there are no walls, dividers or plants. These could easily be added post purchase, but you would need to be sure that some warmth could be added to the Great Space. Fixtures and finishes are first class and the downstairs bedroom area is OK if you are content with two good sized bedrooms, as the third bedroom would be best left as a study. Great location in a reasonable street.
